    Tet Lunar New Year

    Tet also known as Lunar New Year is the biggest celebration for Vietnamese. We make a lot of traditional dishes at that time of the year like comforting braised pork and eggs in coconut caramel sauce, distinctive pork stuffed bittermelon soup, popular pickled mustard greens, and glutinous rice balls with ginger syrup. There are also fun finger foods and some celebratory dishes that you can't miss like Vietnamese chicken congee or lotus stem salad with prawns and pork.
