– ▢2 tbsps rice flour
– ▢1 cup warm water, 70 degrees F, plus more as needed
Coconut sauce
– ▢½ cup coconut cream
– ▢2 tbsps sugar
– ▢pinch of salt
– ▢1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds for serving
