  • 8 ounces buffalo mozzarella
  • 16 ounces fresh figs (tiger figs or adriatic figs), halved or quartered if large
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • 1/8 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
