Fig halva sundae
This fig halva sundae has a wonderful combination of flavor and texture from the figs, halva, and pistachios.

- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream (more if you like)
- 4 ripe figs, peeled and mashed
- 2 ripe figs, quartered
- 2 tbsps honey
- 1 tablespoon pistachios toasted
- ¼ cup halva chunks
Peel 4 ripe figs. Add them in a bowl and stir in the honey. Cut the remaining figs into quarters.
Take two glasses and spoon in a quarter of the mashed figs in each glass. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a crumble of halva, a couple of quarters of fig and chopped pistachios.
Repeat the process and serve immediately
